Company Policy

 All appointments can be booked by clicking the 'Book your appointment' link.

Appointments will NOT be booked through text message. 

Upon arrival, your hair will be shampooed. There are NO exceptions. 

 All hairstyles come with hair provided and are included in the service price. 

A deposit of $25 is required to book your appointment. Your deposit goes towards your total cost of service. The remainder of your balance can be paid in person by card or cash.

 Please keep in mind the times listed to complete the style may take shorter or longer than listed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

An inconvenience fee of $25 will be added if you book outside of the booking limits. 

 Late Policy 

 Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged an additional $15.  

 Being that I will not rush through my work for your inability to be patient, I recommend you book on a day that you are not busy. 

 No call, no shows will be banned from booking. 

 If you need to reschedule, please contact me no later than 24 hours before your appointment. 

I will accept the remainder of your payment in: Cash, Cashapp, or by card.
